The Personal information collected by us during sign up will be used only by our organisation and will not be shared with any third party organisation. We record the IP of the person during sign up only for the prevention of abuse of our system. HostCircle will share the collected information for external service contracts or for collecting the fees owed.

HostCircle will disclose your information only if we receive an order from a court of competent jurisdiction or if we need to use a collection agency to retreive the money owed to HostCircle.

Correction of Information collected

HostCircle reserves the right to check the correctness of the information collected. We also reserve the right to terminate any service offered by HostCircle if the colleted information is false.
